Gai Mattiolo has been working in the fashion industry since he was 19 years old. He grew up in Italy, and his father gave him the money necessary for him to open up his first boutique in Rome. Although he did not receive any formal training in the fashion industry, he made quite a name for himself. One of the most distinguishing aspects of his fashion was the delicate buttons. These buttons became signature elements on the pieces, and he saw even more success throughout the 1980s and 90s as his fashions appeared on catwalks around the world. Sweet memories
I bought this fragrance, because it reminds me 15-years ago time, when I got to know Gai Mattiolo parfum (not only for women, but for men too). I have to say that this time the fragrance that I received was spoiled a little((( But it is still creamy, light, tender and not ordinary at all

A Classic from Roma
A friend brought me a bottle of Gai Mattiolo from Rome years ago. It was unforgettable. The smell was so unique. The bottle was so exquisite, with a beautiful heart engraved on both sides. Having used up the bottle, I asked other friends to find it for me when they visited Rome. However, they all came back saying they couldn't find it even in Rome. This fragrance is apparently not available elsewhere. I thought the line was out of production. Recently, my husband procured 3 bottles from FragranceX.com for my birthday. It is great to see this product again after all this time, and it still feels wonderful to wear this perfume. Gai Mattiolo's Amore and Amore Tattoo are also very very unique!

Most favorite scent in the world!
I've tried many perfumes over the years, and this is by far my most favorite. In fact, even though I test new scents, inevitably I end up preferring this one, bar none! But as with all scents, it comes across differently for each person.
