Unusually green
I have used this for years and I love it!
I am worried that Hermès is dropping my favorite scent in the world— Un Jardin apres la Mousson— please tell them not to do that! It is the only scent I have used… for several years.

This doesn't last AT ALL
I sprayed it on and only smelled a very faint green/vegetal, leafy/marine combination. But it vanished after a few minutes.

One of the best scents
I love this scent and this is one of the best scents i have. I smell a lot of ginger and melon, airy and just loving the outdoor smell of it. It's like smelling the breeze and relaxing. I'm going to wear this over and over again.

feminine summer.
Overall, a lovely perfume. Definitely very sweet for those who are accustomed to other Hermes perfumes, but the initial sweetness definitely subsides after about 30 minutes when it mixes with your natural chemistry/oils. I agree with other commentators who said that the perfume smells differently on everyone. Perfect for late spring and summer. Probably not the best year-round perfume.

It is gorgeous.
It is a beautiful piece created by JCE. It is different from the other bottles in the jardin series, starting with a melony and spicy kind of note. After a while, the scent ends up being fresh, aquatic and clean, and it stays linear throughout. It is not biased to either femine or masculine side but somewhere in the middle. Not everybody likes it, even though I hardly can come up with a reason why people may hate it, so try it before you buy.

sweet & spicy
After reading mixed reviews and deciding to give it a try, this perfume is better than I expected - soft and feminine to my nose. A sweet note reminds me of tuberose but not so pungent. Loving Hermes for men and women more and more. Fragrance X great price and great service as ever. I buy all my perfumes here now.

I originally found this perfume during a shopping trip on a cruise in Saint Thomas. When I ran out I looked online and was delighted to find the same fragrance I fell in love with for much less. My order arrived on time and I received a discount coupon for future savings. I will order again.:)

Unusually green
Very unusual because of the melon element, since it's not a traditional floral smell. Great in warm weather. Fresh and evocative, it's not something you smell on lots of people so it really becomes a signature scent.

Advantages of airport delay
I told the saleslady in the airport that I dislike the vast majority of perfumes. She gave me a tiny vial to take home - and I loved it. Wonderful unusual scent of herbs and melons with a little black pepper added I think. I bought it from FragranceX and it arrived to the UK very quickly. I wear it every day now.

I fall in love with this perfume
Start with the fresh spicy paper & melon note. It is really fresh and watery, not strong oriental. With last note ginger, I also can smell a bit tangerine left on my skill. I so regrete I didn't buy 100ml, but next time I will.

For men and women, delightfull
This perfume has nothing usual or common. It's very sophisticated, and in hot weather, when no perfume can satisfact you, this is the one. I buy it for me, and my boyfriend now don't let me use, cause always still me to put hiself. Smell realy great and different.

Mousson is a truly a diverse fragrance that adapts itself to the user's own natural scents to create an individual aroma. although not the most masculine of perfumes, this is a unisex eau de toilette with hints of melon, subtle ginger, sandalwood and orange blossoms and a lingering woodiness that transports the user to a Garden in the Orient after the summer rains.
