Bill Blass Couture 7 Perfume by Bill Blass, A wonderful new collection was released in the spring of 2008. One of the perfumes within that group was Bill Blass Couture 7, which has a bottle featuring a beaded motif that was heavily featured in another collection from the same company. This fragrance features notes of cedrat, bitter orange, orange blossom, French tarragon and pink pomello.

First established in 1970, Bill Blass began manufacturing high-quality fashion. Starting in 1970, the company began experimenting with perfumes and has released many of the years with the aid of many talented perfumers.

Delphine Jelk, with assistance from Prabal Gurung, designed the composition for Couture 7 perfume. At the start of her career, Jelk worked on the marketing end of the perfumery business. However, she soon received training from the Grasse Institute and would go on to become a nose in her own right. Jelk designed scents for many brands, including Guerlain and Avon.
