Not the same scent.
Lovely nostalgia!
I used this fragrance 45 years ago as a young lady. At the time, while I liked the distinctive scent I did find it very strong and only used it very sparingly. Now, in my 70s I bought it because scents are powerful nostalgics. I find I am loving this so much more now. Because it still as strong and distinctive, I use it at home after my shower, strictly as a personal indulgence. I love going to bed wrapped around it. I still regard it as too strong and overpowering to wear in the workplace. It is extremely long-lasting. One spray will last 24 hours! The best way I can describe the fragrance is "exotically floral" with spicy notes. It is the lingering scent that I find captivating - a cloud of exotic flowers that cling to me long after the application.

It's a little off
Estee super spray is my signature fragrance, and was my mother's too. It doesn't smell as strong and is a much lighter scent from these sellers. The recipe is NOT the same! Could have bought it from Dillards at this price.

Not the same formula
My husband bought this as a gift because I used to wear it ALL the time years ago. I had people tell me I smelled so good all the time and had men ask me what perfume I wore so they could buy it for their wives. I was heartbroken to find out they changed the formula and it smells awful now. I loved it when it was in the pineapple looking bottle. Back then, it smelled awesome and lasted a long time. Its awful now. I'll be throwing this bottle away.

My signature fragrance!
Have always received compliments wearing Estée. In fact, one fellow at work even said that's the way a woman should smell. However, bit disappointed in that the fragrance has changed over the years. Used to be more deep and sensual….now more crisp and sharp smelling. Will still keep buying and wearing….still feel it's my signature fragrance!

I have loved this fragrance from the first time I tried it.
I use it sparingly because it is so pricey but I was definitely disappointed when I had received this bottle after waiting for over a year to get. It just didn't smell the same as before. I probably won't buy again and also it doesn't have the staying power it used to. The smell fades after a very short time. Not something You want or expect in Your favorite perfume. Very disappointed!

This is my mother's favorite perfume of all time .. I am also a fan of this beautiful classic .. I don't know why Estée Lauder decided to change the formula to be one they smells like wet baby diapers !! I read in the company's website that they didn't change the formula :/ but who are they fooling !! It's NOT the same formula !! Someone must convey the word to the company .. we want the old formula back please !!

I only want Estee pure fragrance spray
I have use the pure fragrance for over 20 years and now it has gone! My friend always bought it for me in America. It was never available in NZ. Now it's not available anywhere. The replacement EDP is weak and no one ever comments on it like they always did when I wore the pure fragrance. Please bring it back as I am now looking elsewhere for a perfume that the smell will last. So far Ja Dore is winning! But will never beat Estee pure Fragrance!!

Please, Please bring the original Estee back. I have worn this perfume for 20 yrs. Yes on occasion I do wear Beautiful & Pleasures, my staple bottle is Estee by Estee Lauder. My husband loves it on me as well, so hey that's a win win!! Some perfumes need a short life span, this is not one of them. My daughters are in their 30's & they love it as well. I have to hide my last bottle from them. Please return to your line as a permanent item. Also, please keep the price down.
