The smell is sharp and I felt it was a little too strong when first sprayed but it settles down very quickly and has great staying power! I hardly ever need to re-apply this perfume. It is hard to describe the smell but it does seem very elegant, mature and sophisticated.
The 125ml bottle is great for your dressing table but is far too big to carry around so I suggest maybe the 30ml one for your purse but re-applying really isnt that necessary so you could just not bother!
I wear this perfume in the daytime most days but also for special occasions as well. It's a very refreshing scent which lingers nicely.
I love this perfume. It just makes me feel a million dollars.

I have used 5th Avenue by Elizabeth Arden for quite a few years and love the scent. I have been complimented that I 'always smell SO GOOD'. This was originally a gift but due to the compliments I continued to buy it myself. My niece and daughter both say they know it's me cause the scent is so good.
