This is one of only two scents that I own more than one bottle of (the other is Boudoir). It is reminiscent of Musc Ravageur and Organza Indecence when I apply it first, and dries down to a beautiful sexy vanilla.

First I bought Lolita Lempicka and it smells really good, light smelling and not overpowering. So I thought I would try L De Lolita Lempicka and I love it. It smells slightly sweet and I can really smell the vanilla. The only problem is it seems to fade fast on my skin, so I have to respray a couple times in a day. I first received this as a sample from a big name chain beauty store after an online makeup purchase. I was hooked the first time I spritzed it on; I couldn't stop smelling myself! I would wear it to bed so the scent could carry me off to sleep. Within a week of receiving the sample, I searched for it on fragrancex and bought the 2.7 oz bottle. I love the bottle design, it's an attractive piece on my vanity table. =)
A very complex scent at first, with many different notes; dries down to a sexy, feminine woodsy-sweet smell that isn't sickeningly sweet.
It smells best when first applied, the dry down is subtle; so it doesn't hold too well. But even when it's been hours since I applied, I still get compliments from both men & women .
I don't wear this to work as it's a little too strong for the Veterinarian that I work with (she gets headaches ...very sensitive; but she gets headaches even from super-light body splashes). I tend to wear it mostly during nights out on the town now.
I don't think I'll be wearing it too much this summer, as I predict with the heat & humidity the scent might get too sweet & be overpowering. The initial scent isn't "light" enough for summertime, for me at least. But it'll remain in my fall/winter selection for sure!
I have so many perfumes in my collection but I reach for this one often. I love it, it's so unique!
The chain that I got the original sample from sells it with a hefty price tag; I'll always buy my perfume from fragrancex! It's always the real deal, no imitations; but at extraordinary prices! For a gal like me who likes to have many perfumes in her arsenal (You can call me a perfume addict), fragrancex is heaven-sent! Will definitely always keep a bottle of this on my vanity table, I'll buy it again and again! (Note: I bought the 2.7 oz bottle - a little goes a long way, so it's a great investment. I've had my bottle since March & still have 90%+ left despite MANY many uses!)

I use this fragrance almost every day. It smells absolutely heavenly! Since I bought it, I cannot stop smelling myself. It smells best when first applied. It has a slightly fruity and complex scent at first (kind of reminds me of orange cream), then as the day goes on, it fades into a sweet, soft, powdery smell that lingers. I don't usually like vanilla, but this fragrance isn't too sweet. I think the spice, woodsy notes, citrus, and light musk balance the fragrance nicely. I love perfume, and this is my favorite so far!

This is such a beautiful fragrance and bottle.
Oriental in nature with a vanilla/amber/incense
orientation. Not too overpowering. Lingers but does'nt overpower after the intital spraying.
Someone compared this to Jessica Simpson's Fancy, but this is deeper with more notes of amber present and an edge of incense Fancy doesn't have.
And the bottle, oh beautiful.

Adorable little bottle!
It has a yummy sweet; but not sickenly sweet smell that would blend nicely with grandmas cookies at Christmas time! So I think this would be a nice fragrance to use during the holidays. It has a strong scent of Mimosa flower when first applied but the dry down is much softer therafter. Personally I haved used this for evenings out and always receive several compliments each time.
I found the cap difficult to open. It took me a little while to figure it out but once I did I really liked how it dispensed. It allows you to dab just a tiny bit without wasting one precious drop. It would be helpful though if the maker of this product would provide instructions inside the box on how to open and use the applicator.
If you like any of Lolita's others perfumes, you will love this one!

I just love this perfume, but I'm surprised to see so many people classify it as long lasting. Before this I wore Lolita in the purple apple bottle. I could smell that on my pulse points all day. This is my favorite fragrance ever. I think it is timeless and smells great for people of all ages. It is absolutely perfect.
