Covet is a beautiful smelling perfume that is so versatile! I wear it to work and get plenty of compliments, but it's special enough to wear at night time. I usually have trouble with perfumes 'staying' on my skin, even the most expensive ones, but Covet just lasts and lasts. Superb value (yay for FragranceX's testers!!) and quicker than expected delivery all the way to Western Australia. Fabulous!

This is yet another success from SJP. Different from Lovely, but also very feminine and sexy aroma. The Chocolat flavor makes this aroma unique and very interesting. I'm not a perfume reviewer, so please excuse my lay description in this perfume review, but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to pass on my thoughts on what has become one of my favourite perfumes. I love how Covet reveals itself (there is no other way I can describe it) as the hours pass. A generous spritz in the morning will literally last me all day and it's truly the only scent where I get small whiffs of chocolate (think of relaxing in the park on a perfect summer's day with a fabulous glass of white and a selection of decadent chocolates) - it's truly divine! I have worn Covet both day and night and in all seasons, and it never fails to draw comments. I will only buy Covet from Fragrance X as their price is unbelievable [...] What more could a girl ask for?

Riskier than Lovely (SJP's first fragrance launch) her second launch, Covet, certainly dares to take a few chances. It opens with a somewhat blaring citrus note, but things get a bit muddled from there. Is it fruity? Floral? Gourmand? Woody? All of the above? There is one note in Covet that occasionally irritates my nose and I just can't pick it out. On other days, it bothers me not. So, all in all, I give this celebrity fragrance decent marks for boldness and value. It is an interesting fragrance and I do wear it when the mood strikes me.

I ordered a sample of Covet while ordering another scent and YUM. It reminds me of Yves Saint Laurent perfumes of old - the ones made in France before the company was bought out and changed its formulations. This one is a light and full-bodied floral, with a hint of mystery closing it down. I appreciate that I can wear this scent during the day or night. Sarah Jessica Parker has a hit and I am coming back for more!
