The middle notes are floral -- rose, violet, and geranium -- with a touch of spiciness coming from cloves. The base notes add a warm, woody finish with vanilla, amber, and patchouli.

The London-based perfumery Floris launched their first scent in 1786. Since then, their aromas have been worn by many well-known people including Winston Churchill and Florence Nightingale. Today, customers can choose classic or modern perfumes, or the company will create bespoke fragrances by customizing an existing cologne. Edward Bodenham, Penny Ellis, and Shelagh Foyle have collaborated on these scents.
