One of the best fragrances! I have tried so many fragrances and this is really something, elegant, fresh and great smell. Some people say it doesn't last long. True, that happens at first but if you use it frequently you will notice the difference. It seems like the scent adapts to your chemestry, that also makes it unique.

Upon first spray, Lacoste Essential smells like any other fresh/citrusy fragrance except with an enjoyable lemony twist that may be deemed borderline harsh-to-the-nose by some but does give the cologne some "spunk". Unfortunately 15 minutes later that "spunk" evaporates and what you're left with is a fragrance that smells pretty much like any other drugstore fragrance. Essential offers good longevity and projection.
