I have entered 2 different addresses because my billing address is different from receiver's address. But you have sent it to billing address.

I have entered 2 different addresses because my billing address is different from receiver's address. But you have sent it to billing address.
But though it says its delivered in Tracking, it did not come yet!
Customer service was poor.. I was trying to explain the situation but the lady was not listening to me
I had to call many times because Canada Post say that's FragranceX problem and viceversa regarding my product. I have lost around $55 now.

When I did call, customer rep said she will put it through CLAIM. but i haven't receieved any update / email regarding that.

I'm upset with that.

Sorry.. I know it might be too long comment but then I had to due to bad customer service.

          I LOVED THIS PRODUCT THE VERY FIRST TIME I SAMPLED IT OVER 3 YEARS AGO. MOST OF THE TIMES AFTER YOU USE IT, YOU DON'T REALLY NOTICE THE FRAGRANCE UNTIL SOMEONE COMPLIMENTS YOU AND/OR ASKS FOR THE NAME OF THE FRAGRANCE. I WOULD LOVE IT MORE IF IT WASN'T SO PRICEY. IF THIS PRODUCT WAS FIVE DOLLARS CHEAPER, I WOULD BUY TWO A MONTH.
