First time using this fragrance. Wow, very surprised by the uniqueness. Vague resemblance to angel man but very different. After spray, top notes are caramel, dark chocolate-like java, sugar and black licorice; mid notes tone down and begins to resemble good and plenty licorice candy-like scent; end notes seem to be a faint combination of the above but also takes on a cotton candy-like scent. While initially begins strong, tones down very well to a unique, light, lasting attractive scent that draws inquisitive attention. Everyone who has commented seems to really like the scent. Very yummy smelling.

Had I smelled this fragrance in the store there is no way I would have bought it; however, for the price that I did buy it on fragrancex it was worth a try. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because i'm not used to smelling sweet. I did get a few compliments, and I have to say that it's a different smell that I don't mind trying. It's very sweet and does last about mid-afternoon if applied in the morning.

    Personally when I tried my first spray on, I already thought the scent was a bit too overpowering, with a bit of burnt vanilla smell. Many people say if you like "Rochas Man" You'd like this one, its similar because it has that vanilla scent in it, the only thing I did't like about it is the toasted vanilla smell. Getting comments about it smelling like you've been smoking, or your wear "that perfume" which those smokers try to cover their smoke smell with.

    Its great for its value, could possibly wear it in most occasions depending on your personal preference, I'd prefer sticking with Rochas Man though.
