          Guerlain Homme is a vetiver fragrance made aromatic by its well-balanced blending with anise. In fact, one could deem this as a spicy take on Guerlain's brilliant classic Vetiver. The opening is fresh and sweet, basically a mouthwatering recreation of an ice cold Mojito. As the scent develops it loses it's freshness and becomes more woody with the Vetiver and Cedar coming through.

            A very modern take on the classic Guerlain tradition. Homme opens with the fresh, invigorating smell of a mojito cocktail with a touch of rhubarb, then settles down into the traditional 'guerlinade'. A brilliant and highly successful attempt to create a classic Guerlain masculine fragrance for the 21st century. No shrinking violet here: Homme lasts for ages with only a couple of sprays and never fails to draw compliments. More of an evening scent, especially a warm summer evening: I love this stuff and it's in good company with my classic Guerlains such as Habit Rouge, Heritage, Coriolan and Vetiver.
