About Yves Saint Laurent

Yves Saint Laurent History and background of Yves Saint Laurent. Born in 1936, Yves Saint Laurent grew up in Oran, Algeria. At 17, he left for Paris where he showed his drawings to Michel de Brunhoff, director of Vogue, who published several of them immediately.     Such a warm oriental woody. Opens with fresh citrus and rosemary and turns into a sexy and masculine fragrance of oud and vetiver with a hint of incense. This is a seductive woodland paradise with amber, musk and earth. One spray will do and it lasts quite a while.

      Great powerhouse from Yves Saint Laurent. Sadly it's very hard to find, even on here, but well worth it! One spritz to the neck is more than enough for daily wear. Perhaps an extra to each wrist for evening/formal occasions.
