Comments about Nejma Aoud Four By Nejma:

I bought this blind because of all the wonderful reviews, plus oud scents are among my favorites. I am not disappointed. Nejma Aoud Four is a rich, heady floral that comes on a bit thick, but not unpleasant, at first. After it starts to dry down, spices start to emerge but cannot seem to completely tame the unyielding flowers. Although either aren't on the list of notes(geranium, ylang-ylang, peach, bergamot, narcissus, Otto rose, labdanum, patchouli, oud and sandalwood), I smell cinnamon and something peppery. The oud doesn't show itself until much later in the dry down and does not dominate, preferring to stay in the background with the sandalwood and patchouli. I'm rather glad the patchouli isn't heavy because it can be domineering and stamp out a lot of other essences. This is a potent, intense fragrance with excellent sillage and staying power. I've read some reviews where people claim this perfume is too weak and/or doesn't last. Are we wearing the same stuff? This juice is a BEAST! Even after washing my hands where I sprayed it, it was still there!
Despite that this perfume would be better suited for evening and/or romance (sexy time!) I wouldn't be able to resist wearing this during the day. If you like complex, sweet, succulent florals with an infusion of exotic oud and spices, you'll love Nejma Aoud Four. I can't wait to try the others in the Aoud Series!
