In my opinion, It is very versatile and is suitable for all situations.

      This is a good cologne... It can be worn in any season so you don't need to think about when to wear it. It can be worn on any occasion... work, casual and dates.

      the scent holds well... I'd advise 2 sprays on chest and 2 on the neck. Leave it at that for the day.

      I haven't gotten a compliment but women are certainly coming up to talk to me more often.

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

      Oh yes... I like this one. The opening of fresh, sweet mango with pepper is quite unique and the combination really works well. The middle notes - to me - are not over prominent, but they too work oh so well. The rich, woody base adds an overall depth and quality to Double Black.
      The longevity could be better, but projection is just right. Hubby received compliments when I've worn this one, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. In my opinion, this could be worn year round, night or day.
