The masculine fragrance gets under way with distinct top notes of cool lavender, citrusy bergamot and warm basil. At the center of the scent are the sweet floral notes of carnation and geranium. The deeper base notes are
an earthy and complex mélange of lemony vetiver, spicy sandalwood, creamy vanilla and woodsy cedar.
Fragrances of France purchased this manly and timeless fragrance from the Faberge company in the early 2000s and gave it a new life, introducing it to an entire new generation of cologne connoisseurs. This is not the original Woodhue. It's fragrance doesn't even approach it. It smells harsh and overpowering.

It smells like an air freshener and it's too feminine. I don't think I could expect much for that price.
