This is a lovely classic feminine scent based around a high quality jasmine-rose accord (my favorite) with a low-key fruity complement and a light floral-wood drydown. I like this one better than Clive Christian #1, which I think is their more popular scent. But #1 Is a big aldehyde powder bomb, kind of loud. X is much more refined and subtle. You can wear it pretty much anywhere without offending somebody. It even wears well outside, where some perfumes become obnoxious. Some people say the fragrance disappears too quickly, but it's actually a case of the wearer getting anosmic to it and not smelling it anymore. I can smell it wafting in and out most of a day. But it's sort of a quiet fragrance, so it may not work for someone wanting a bold scent. It's a really pretty fragrance made from high quality materials.
