Annick Goutal History and background of Annick Goutal. Goutal blossomed late, coming to perfume making after a career as a prizewinning pianist and model. She then met a man, separated from him, found herself alone with a baby (her daughter Camille), was diagnosed with breast cancer and married her childhood sweetheart.           This is by far my favourite of all the Annick Goutal fragrances, and has become a signature of mine.It draws compliments from both woman and men, and is a gentle,romantic,classy floral yet also has depth and lingers beautifully in your clothes and room. I also like the fact that all of the Goutal range contain very natural, botanic ingredients. They are quite distinctive and smell expensive and chic. True to the old fashioned French perfume method, without all the synthetic ingredients and chemicals you find in many of todays perfumes.I always order it off fragrancex as it is so much cheaper than in the stores here.
