Molinard History and background of Molinard. Maison MOLINARD, founded in 1849 in Grasse (the birthplace of the worldwide perfume industry) in the Provence region of southern France, has remained an entirely family-run business right through to the present day. Sweet and soft pure vanilla fragrance. Does not overpower or cloy and smells expensive. There is something very French about this scent.
