Molinard History and background of Molinard. Maison MOLINARD, founded in 1849 in Grasse (the birthplace of the worldwide perfume industry) in the Provence region of southern France, has remained an entirely family-run business right through to the present day.       I visited Molinard Factory in Grasse, France. many years ago,and have not been able to find their perfumes on the open market since, so am very pleased to have found them at fragranceX.com. this one in particular is fresh & cool, just right for the Summer.
