History and background of Charles Jourdan. Charles Jourdan was born in 1883 in France. In 1919, he began a shoe shop in Romans, in the Drome region of France. His business prospered, particularly in the sales of womens shoes. In the 1930's, Charles Jourdan was the first shoe designer to advertise in fashion magazines.

I like to spray it on after a shower and let it dry. It's strong, smells a lot like Flower Bomb but is less expensive. It's wonderful outdoors.
My husband says it smells like Old Ladies in the 1940's....but what does he know.
