Red Door Shimmer Perfume by Elizabeth Arden, Launched in 2008, perfumer clement gavvary tweaked the original red door fragrance and added notes that convey vitality and youth . Top notes of japanese pear, are joined with yuzu leaves, blackberry and pink pepper. The heart notes are gardenia, casablanca lily and peony. The base notes combine tonka with red amber and finish with musk, sandalwood and vetiver. All products are original, authentic name brands. We do not sell knockoffs or imitations.

      Eventhough it's quite new, this scent feels more like a classic than a modern one, but in a good clean and fresh way. The topnotes I notice is the spicy pink pepper in combination with the pear and black currant. After a while it calms down and the gardenia, peony and lily appears in a very delightful way. This fragrance is not very fruity in my opinion. The flowers and the pepper together with the base notes sandalwood, musk, tonka and amber developes a scent for special evenings and nights. Maybe you will need to bring the botttle as it becomes very soft and close to the skin after half an hour. Its a limited edition from 2008 and has no resemblance whith the original headache inducing RD. Try it!
