This sensational scent combines green, aromatic, citrus and floral accords for a dazzling array of nature’s finest ingredients unifying to become a dynamic and fulfilling aroma. Top notes include sweet citrus orange, tart lemon, fresh neroli, soothing lavender, herbal rosemary sprigs and sparkling bergamot for an exuberant introduction that’s impossible to ignore. Middle notes of earthy orris root, fresh-cut cedar, tonka bean, fir resin and light and breezy carnation flower incorporate more rejuvenating elements to the mix. Finally, base notes of oakmoss, sensual musk and warm golden amber complete the fragrance for a tantalizing scent that replenishes the soul.

This enigmatic aroma was launched by the French perfume house Roger & Gallet in 1992. It comes encased in an old-fashioned, rectangular glass flacon with dark teal, white and gold hues for extra nuance. Great smell (with iris version)

Wow! What a pleasant, deep, comfortable fragrance! What a delicate iris, and, what is good, not bulging lavender. But there is no resistance, Parfim-aromatherapy for yourself. Fragrance 10/10 Durability 1/10

Vetyver translates to 'ahh refreshing'

A true chypre is increasingly hard to find and this legacy Roger & Gallet fragrance is one of the originals. The top notes are light and the base notes not overbearing. This is a rare fragrance family that is under-appreciated! I particularly like that you can apply this directly to your skin & wear it in the sunshine and it won't stain or pigment as some perfumes do.
