The French scent was introduced in 2005 by Jacques Courtin-Clarins. The former medical student founded Clarins in 1945 and achieved success by being the first cosmetic brand to create scents and fragrances exclusively from natural ingredients, with the goal of creating cosmetics that provide less irritation to the skin. Takes me for ever to find a scent I like, this I have loved for several years and I can't find anything to beat it, pity Clarins have now discontinued it - I shall have to stock up!!
