About Lolita Lempicka
History and background of Lolita Lempicka. Fashion houses are often named after their founding designer, but Josiane Pividal went about it differently. In 1983 Josiane and her husband Joseph, an interior designer, created their label, "Lolita Lempicka", in homage to Nabokov's novel and to the painter Tamara de Lempicka. As the fashion house took off, the couple found it simpler to change their names to Lolita and Joseph-Marie Lempicka.

This is stunning - strong, long lasting; perhaps a little 'too heady' for 'professional/office' use.
Individual, tantilising.
I wouldn't recommend it to a close friend only because I don't want to 'share' something I've discovered that I love - but would certainly share with acquaintance or not so close friend/contact.

I will keep shopping at Fragrancex, it's a great experience.. but I don't think that I'll repurchase this specific fragrance, it's too weak.

This wonderful art-work starts with loud peppery accord's from the beggining and then after few moment's the whole orchestra start's playing beautiful symphony. This creation is full of spicy pear's / powdery notes (on my skin!). It has a masculine character too ,because peppery accords accompany the scent melody until the end. You have to try it first! Definitely this perfume is not for everyone. Unique.
