Paradox Blue Perfume by Jacomo, Paradox Blue was released in 1998 and renamed in 2003 upon the release of a ‘green’ version of the original. This sultry, feminine fragrance opens eagerly with top notes of Italian mandarin, melon, tuberose, cardamom, and nutmeg. The heart of the blend contains rich floral notes of ylang-ylang, jasmine, cedar, rose, and cypress. The fragrance then comes to a warm, soft finish with base notes of Tahitian vetiver, caramel, sandalwood, vanilla, patchouli, and musk. Jacomo is an American fashion company, founded by Gerard Courtin and James Kaplan in the late 1960s. The two men met in New York City and realized they had similar tastes in art, music, and design.
