Mehhhh...Not bad.
Sublime Balkiss is... less than sublime. It isn't a bad scent, but has no smoothness to it. This is a spring/summer scent, daytime/office. It is inoffensive, doesn't seem niche or expensive. Leans more masculine, I think because it has no sensuality to it, but I would wear it as a woman. I think there are better scents out there for less. The bottle and look is nice, but the atomizer leaks, which seems to be the case for about half the perfumes I get from FragranceX.
Bottom Line
Yes, I would recommend to a friend.
