This smells fine, but it is so light that I really can't smell it at all. I have to absolutely drench myself in it so anyone else can smell it. I would think with Oscar de la Renta my spot on the bed would smell like it, but it doesn't. You can't smell it on my clothes

I would ABSOLUTELY buy this perfume again!
Im so happy with this blind buy! Not that my mother has ever worn this perfume, but I must agree with the other reviewers here, theres something about this perfume that just smells like warm floral motherhood. (If that makes any sense) Recently I sprayed a little Womanity from Thierry Mugler, and was surprised at how similar these two fragrances are. So De La Renta is a softer more pleasant version, I find Womanity to be a little too sharp and overpowering. But I think they are in the same wheelhouse. I love how long this perfume lasts, when I go to bed at night, after a shower, I can still smell it and that makes me happy. Be warned, if you don't like the smell, you've got it on you for a long time! Although, to be fair, in general, this is offensive, and not too strong in any of the various departments, not too floral, not too fruity, not too sweet, not too musky. Well balanced and pleasant.

Doesn't hold AT ALL. First time I put it on, as soon as I walk out the door NOTHING. I thought that maybe it was me so I ask my mom to smell me and she couldn't even say that I put some perfume on even when I spray it on my clothes and on my self. Right now Im using it to go to bed. But if you smell it from the bottle is the same fragrance. Besides the bottle you won't smell it on yourself or clothes.

Lovely
I have many fragrances and love to try out new ones. I read reviews on this site and take my pick. Sometimes the fragrance is not up to my expectations and then I use it in my car or as fragrance for the house or toilet. So the La Renta is used on the place it was intended for: behind my ears and down my cleavage. I like to walk through the spray in the morning after the shower. I very much love this fragrance.

So De La Renta Perfume.
Hi. I loved the fragrance, and it had all the pros of a good quality perfume. It didn't suit my skin, so couldn't wear it.That is not to say that this brand is any less than the good brand it is. It may just suit you very well. Can only say that if you're not sure,then perhaps a vial could have been a better start, though, I now have a bottle of perfume I can gift! No loss.:-)

The opening notes of So de la renta is quite fresh, Clementine, Watermelon, Exotic Fruits - I love. Nothing wrong with the middle notes of Tuberose and Gardenia, but by Gosh I don't get any base notes. This disappears in less than 5 hrs, can FragranceX explain whatever the reason is? I'm so disappointed I love this fume but it doesn't last at all. FragranceX recommends for day time wear, but I can't even use it for dinner of 2-3 hrs. Scent 7.5/10 Longevity 3.5/10 Sillage 3/10
