In my early 20's I experimented with many fragrances and Anais Anais was one that appealed to me even then. I mostly have used Chanel perfumes through my twenties, and now that I am in my 30's, I have come back to Anais Anais. There is something so fresh about it that makes me want to use it over and over again. When you first spray that atomizer, you get a cloud of green. I don't know how to describe it other than that. It slowly fades to a beautiful floral bouquet that is neither overpowering or pungent. It is just right. It stays with you most of the day. I daresay, it probably stays with you longer than you think. It is not a fragrance that comes into the room before you do. It is one that is intimate, and private. It is noticed only when somebody is close enough to get a sniff. This fragrance has stood the test of time, even with me, and I have been decidedly flighty in fragrance choices. A classic. A favorite. A signature.

This is a nice daily wear purfume. It can be overpowering, so apply sparingly. This is a great winter time fragrance, as it can be too heavy for warmer weather.
