Order Online:

To place an order, simply find the product you would like either by using the department tabs or the search feature on top of every page. When you find the product you would like, simply check off the "add" box next to the size or type of the fragrance you would like and click "add to cart". The next screen will allow you to update quantities or remove an item from your cart. To continue either repeat the above steps to find another product, or click "proceed to checkout". If you have an account, enter the login information to checkout, otherwise complete your shipping and billing information, then payment information and click "Place Order" to complete your order. We recommend printing your confirmation page for your records. We appreciate your business and hope you enjoy our service.



Information for persons residing outside the USA.

Transfer of Personal Information outside the EEA. We process Personal Information in the United States of America and in other countries. In some cases, we process Personal Information on a server outside your own country. We use the highest encryption standards and best practices to protect your Personal Information. When you place an order with FragranceX.com, you consent to us transferring and hosting/storing your Personal information outside the EEA.





Return Policy

All orders can be returned up to 30 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping and gift wrap charges. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the product back to the address below in its original packaging. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of us receiving your returned product. Within the US and UK we can provide a return label. There will be an additional $6.95 USD deduction from the refund, for label usage.


Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.


Also, we understand customers must open items before determining if they like it. As long as the item is not used in excess, you will get a full refund for it. If not, you will be subject to a partial refund.

Sales Tax Information

State laws require that we collect applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the states of Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Alabama, Georgia, Minnesota, Missouri, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Washington, Illinois, Arkansas, American Samoa, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Kansas, North Carolina, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, U.S. Virgin Islands, Vermont, New Hampshire, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, Alaska, Kentucky, Mississippi, Montana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Puerto Rico, Maryland, Rhode Island, Federated States of Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Michigan, Maine, Marshall Islands, District of Columbia, Armed Forces Pacific, North Dakota, New York, Indiana, Delaware, Guam, Hawaii, Iowa, Wyoming, Idaho, Wisconsin, West Virginia, South Dakota and Palau. All orders outside of these states will not be charged.

Waiting List

If you see a product in our store that is out of stock, simply enter your email address and click "Notify Me". An email will be sent to you automatically as soon as we get the item back into stock.


Damage Claims

In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately so we can notify the carrier and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging materials for five business days after notifying us and a replacement will be sent to you.


Cancellations

In order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our systems are automated and therefore orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. If a cancel option appears next to your order in your order history section then you may cancel your order.
