They did respond back , however when I had asked to send me a return label because I do not have a printer , I never heard back or received a label . This is a very good scent for a daytime activity. Last long but fades quickly. Smells fresh for the first 4hours. Middle notes starts smelling between 4-5 hours. 6 hours the smell is faint and very soft. If paired well with a body lotion,it should do well

It's good as a signature sent. It's a compliment getter and it's not too over powering. It has a greasy clean smell without smelling like an air freshener. Smells like a yummy pineapple drink with you sitting by the beach. It's a great perfume to add to your collection.

A total regret
I rarely post comments/reviews, but had to share my experience in hope of perhaps helping someone else from making the same mistake. I knew purchasing this perfume that it would be most likely intense and powerful but I didn't expect it to smell so cheap, unsophisticated and immature.. It's a perfume that I wouldn't recommend to anyone over 30 years old.. if you are looking for a very sweet overpowering pineapple smell that will last for up to 48hrs. It may be your catch. I only had however bad comments (how strong it smells, giving headaches, too sweet, cheap smell..) about it when I only put 1 single spray of the perfume.. it's called Amber Oud Gold but there is nothing about Oud in the smell and not sophisticated as it portray by the look and name of it. I believe the price you pay goes 70% in the packaging and bottle looking

Again, not disappointed with this house and line. Have most of Amber oud line. But nothing oud on this one. This is powerful and amazing. You have been warned. 1 spray on skin can fill a whole room and stay even after shower or multiple washes. Got this out of so much hype from influencers over reviews. And it did nor disappoint. Resembles Xerjoff's Erba Pura with very high quality. In the heat, it can get too much, but can be very great in colder and air-conditioned areas. Careful again with the trigger. 1 or 2 is enough for the day to get a lot of attention and compliments. With all that said, definitely bang for one's buck. Amazing juice!
