Grivory designed a fragrance development process that was inspired by the way artists and musicians create. His career in fragrance design grew out of his work as an export manager with a specialty in fragrances. This work offered him the opportunity to learn what fragrance companies were producing and how well they were selling. He took this knowledge and applied it to his own endeavor with great success.
