I had been looking for an alternative to oral sleep aids. I had taken melatonin tablets, but I had never heard of a spray version. This spray contains melatonin, chamomile, & lavender. I spray it on my arms, pillow, & into the air before bedtime. I also have the same scent in lotion form. This product really calms & relaxes me & helps me get to sleep at night.

Great for my Chronic illness
I have Severe M.E and fibromyalgia. Whilst I am often bedbound the quality of sleep isn't Refreshing-Deep. This Scent seems to scientifically stimulate my brain transmission with the magic ingredient of Melatonin and before long I can feel my whole body sinking into the mattress and my thoughts drifting. I live in the uk and have not been able to find or purchase this item from a UK retailer. I was a little hesitant at first but the Company made the dispatch and ordering easy and my item arrived in less than 2 weeks. I am so happy I have found this product that I have already ordered it again. I just wish they did bigger bottles. Also love how the company reward you with a discount to repeat orders fantastic incentive!

I would buy this product again and again.
love this product because of its many uses. I spray the lavender chamomille blend combined with melatonin and essential oils on my sheets and pillows and it gives me a better more restful sleep. I also use it as a spray on the body, air freshner in my bedroom and in the shower. I also purchased Dr. Teal's Moisturizing Bath and Body oil which ogether.is also a blend of essential oils which I pour in my bath water to nourish my skin and calm my mind while I soak. You feel like you have been to a fancy spa when you use both of these products together.
