It's a decent warm weather scent
I sampled a mini of Moschino Forever Sailing and found it to be a good, but not great, warm weather fresh scent. On paper it has several ingredients I really like, and I *wanted to love it, but it doesn't blow my hair back. Something vaguely floral in the opening doesn't smell great on my skin - maybe it would be better on somebody else. Dry down in 2 hours is great but faint. Many of the reviews on the fragrance web sites give it rave reviews, which I don't understand now that I've tried it. My advice is to try before you buy.
