The French fashion company Yves Saint Laurent designed this cologne in 2013, almost 50 years after its founder, Henri Donat Mathieu, introduced his first fragrance. As a young teenager, he created dresses for his sisters and mother. He subsequently began his career at age 17 under Christian Dior, who passed away four years later, leaving Henri to temporarily head the Dior brand. After briefly serving in the Algerian War of Independence, Henri went on to become a mainstream fashion designer, renowned for excelling in the design of women’s wear, developing the exciting trend of tuxedos for women. Smells Wonderful, Awful Performance
This will give your worst-performing fragrance a run for its money. It smells absolutely gorgeous for a few minutes after application, but before the five-minute mark it loses quite a bit and becomes a skin scent for another two or three hours on me and that's the end of the journey. I'd give it a one, but it smells so good at first....maybe my favorite opening ever. If it lasted four to five hours on me, it would be a solid five. That's how good it smells. Not sure why the price here is currently much higher than retail. I'll definitely be carrying a decant of this around when I wear it, because one application won't get you through a whole night.

Love this scent by Y'ves Saint Laurent. The L'Intense has a classic scent and really fresh and stays with you especially when body temperature rises. I really enjoy wearing this fragrance.

One of my favorites
One of the fragrances that I can't stop sniffing my wrest when I spray it. Although it is written intense , it is very gentle.

Exceptionally essential in my cologne collection!!!
YSL Intense stands out from many colognes that I have experienced (AND I HAVE TRIED MANY). I would purchase this fragrance again, although a little pricey, it's worth every cent. I do not mind paying a little extra to be a little extra myself!!
