Absolute Banger
I wasn't sure what to expect when I bought this fragrance the reviews were convincing but I wasn't sure if I would like it. But it has to be one of my favourite fragrance up there with Chanel de Bleu. At first it smells too strong and musky but once it settles wow, just wow.

I will continue buying this for MYLOVE.
I actually bought this for my husband for his birthday present. He had bought this product before and fell in love with it. We tried to find it throughout the premium outlets but failed to get it. The product out of stock and so long do not restock in Malaysia. In a sudden I saw it at FragranceX it was so surprised there is a stock available. The smells was superb and attracts the attention of others. The smells can last longer than we expect.

I bought this one very near the beginning of my still young (for an old codger of 64) fragrance adventure, just over a year ago. To provide context, I was first bewitched by Comme des Garcons Rouge, with its vegetal-juicy/earthy beet scent blending magically with frankincense, myrrh, earthy geranium and a hint of tingly mint. So for a person who enjoys that kind of paradox in a scent, Terre d'Hermes is a marvel, a revelation. In my newbieness I found the "straight" Terre d"Hermes to be intimidating, too much. Also, I was on the hunt for vetiver scents, as I'm mad for Vetiver (I was in "mourning" over my single long-time cologne, L'Occitane Eau de Vetyver, being discontinued, but that launched me on this wider journey). So perhaps you can see how this variety of Terre d'Hermes fit the bill for me on multiple levels--the vetiver, the earthiness, the playful-gleeful yet not cloying or "candyish" top notes of citrus. I love "earthy" with a bit of "dance" on top. Well, that's here in spades. It's an aroma that makes your day deeper and brighter. BTW, I'm not a total newbie anymore and I'm really eager to try the more intense incarnations of TdH. Despite the "intense" in Eau Intense Vetiver, it's not really intense.

Sophisticated fresh Masculinity!
This has become one of my favourites. The opening may sometimes be a bit sharp but is fresh and the dry down is a deep, woody strong Vetiver; has great sillage/projection and lasts all day. Great versatility, I use it for office, meetings and social functions (actually suitable anytime) - imo also a great signature scent candidate. Like the OG too, but (perhaps because where I live) enjoy the Intense more. In perspective, among my preferred fragrances are Guerlain's Heritage, Vetiver and Habit Rouge, Dunhill' Icon and Eau de Rochas; all versatile great fragrances. In particular, Heritage is classy and gentlemanly (office, evening, relaxing even), while Habit Rouge is sophisticated and perfect for elegant social events. The TdH Intense is cut from the same high quality cloth and one can never go wrong with it. Highly recommended!

This supposed new enhanced version of the original is very lackluster and pales in comparison to the original version. The fragrance is powdery nor does it have the woodsy, spicy, and fruity notes that made the original truly unique. Would also like to note that it does not last long, it is more of a warm weather fragrance, and in my opinion it is very over priced. Stick with the original!!

Hermes did not disappoint
I might not have the Fragrance Type pinned down, but I love this Fragrance, already a big fan of Terre d"Hermes, Equipage, and others. This variation has enough Vetiver to make it distinct from Terre d'Hermes. I discovered it when an Italian artist came into my gallery and I just had to ask him what was the superb scent. When he said Terre d'Hermes, I said I have it and it's not the same as what he was wearing, He then said it was the Vetiver Intense version, so of course I ordered it. It is a complete winner for me in every respect.

GREAT WOODY AROMA
A GREAT scent even for women to wear. I use it myself and I'm a woman. When you spray the first thing I smell is the Vetivar and a touch of citrus, they both blend very well & is long lasting even on clothes next day you can get a whiff of it.

Nice and uplifting
Very nice scent. Spicy grapefruit that settles into a woody mid. Woody aroma chemicals are prominent in the base . Best parts are opening which smells juicy and uplifting and the vetiverish mid . Really nice overall.

Made for a Special kind of man
