Poor Experience – Unprofessional Service & Unfair Return Policy I recently placed an order with FragranceX (Order #68827837), and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Although the package was marked as delivered on April 22, it was actually sent to the wrong address by the carrier. After weeks of following up and dealing with this myself, I finally retrieved the package on July 16. When I contacted FragranceX to return the order, they refused to accept the return — even though the delivery error was not my fault. The way I was treated by customer service was unprofessional and not customer-friendly. My return request was denied without reasonable explanation, and no refund was provided. Because of this experience, I will not order from FragranceX again and will not recommend this company to friends or family. I hope FragranceX takes this feedback seriously and makes real improvements to their return policy and customer service.

Nice fragance classy like the whole Versace Pour Homme line, the citic note on it is supposed to come from Neroli which comes from the orange tree flowers, and that's what it smells like, orange tree flowers with something lemony Don't expect longevity from this one, citrus fragances rarely last what you would expect them too, probably you will need to re apply after 4 hours or so, but that is the nature of the beast
