I am a Guerlain fan and I am happy to have this.
Just like the EDT version of this fragrance, owning this doesn't feel redundant. If the EDT is something you would wear daily, this flank is good for the office or formal/special events during cold weather or nighttime.

EDT,EDP and L'Intense are sophisticated modern Classics !
All three are works of art and a pure pleasure to wear, also as signature scents. For me they are versatile enough for the office, evenings and special occasions though not in the hottest temperatures (but all ok with AC environment). The combinations with the key amaretto note are simply delicious, elegant and gentlemanly, even addictive. I just love to smell and wear them, it's connoisseur level enjoyment. Absolute gems and for me must haves; wouldn't want to be without them.

i have to admit i'm slow to appreciate this scent. blind buy it after so many good reviews in YT. Initially i do not like it after received the perfume. After tested for a few more days, i'm slowly fall in love with this scent. really unique and classy scent.

Elegant Cherry Almond Goodness In a Bottle
This is a beautiful smelling fragrance by Guerlain. The cherry almond is so good, you just can't get enough of it. It borders on gourmand but it's not. As it dries down, it gets a bit more masculine and less unisex as the cherry dies down a little. It's not too loud and the projection is pretty decent but the longevity is a lttle better. For an Eau de Parfum I expect even better longevity but today's fragrances are all kind of weak and watered down so the longevity is a solid 7 hours with 8 sprays.

EDP. Take cherry, vanilla, almonds, a touch of cherry cough syrup and add a powdery twist. Unique scent. Dry down is really amazing. Instantly has become one of my top 5 in my collection. Just wow!! Fortunate to finally find a bottle since its discontinuation.

Nice sweet Guerlain smelling fragrance
I got the EDT version so this is strictly for the EDT. This is a good one. First off projection is average, not great but not poor either. Longevity is okay, probably lasts 6-7 hours. But it sits closer to skin from around that 4 hour mark. It's got that guerlain DNA kinda smell. Bit sweet, not super natural smelling but not as synthetic as some others out there. Some people say it smells a bit medicinal especially in the dry down, I think there's a case for that too but overall it does smell good, it does lean to smelling like medicinal syrup slightly. Decent at its price point not super good value but okay.

Fantastic versatile fragrance. You can never go wrong with Guerlain and the L'Homme Ideal line is the best of the bunch. Went for the EDT vs the EDP version as I prefer the Almond note ( which is more dominant in this one) as compared to the stronger Cherry note in the EDP. However, i would want to buy them all to add to my collection. Wish it lasted and projected much more, but for the size and price... spray on I say. Don't be shy, this one will get you compliments.
