I would buy this perfume again! I was very happy with Fragra
I bought this many years ago. The smell isn't quite what it used to be! It is my understanding that the owner of this perfume sold one of the sense in it and because many people have ask about Venezia Luara Biagiotti the maker/owner has tried to reinvent this perfume (Venezia)! I do still like it but loved the original better and felt that it stayed on a lot longer than this one does! I will still purchase this again. I was very happy with FragranceX! So sad and disappointed that the original scent is not there!!!! No plum, peach, Italian fruit!!!! So disappointing when I smelled the new version!!! You need to change it back or revamp it with something very very close to the original!!!! I will not buy this ever again!!!!

After I settle I'm OK
I use the perfume both day and night. Once you put it on its a little strong but it does settle dow. I was a little disappointed when I first got it as it wasn't the same as the first bottle I bought 20 years ago. The bottle is a little different and when I first sprayed it I thought, "Oh no it's not the same and I just bought 3 bottles of it" but after using it again it did settle down.

sorry to say, not the same as in the 90s
i was so excited to see this available again, but it's just not the same fragrance i wore in the 90s. I can't imagine why they would change it. the original was nice and spicy and reminded me of christmas in France. this one has a shadow of that fragrance, but has been given an unnecessary sweetness that makes me feel nauseated. i'm so sad.

I originally purchased this while on a business trip to Europe several years back. My wife loved it but when she ran out I found out it had been discontinued. I had searched on several occasions for it but had given up .One last search was worth it ! Great price and quick delivery . The fragrance seems slightly different from the original, but She loves it.

this was exactly the one I was looking for!
I wore this fragrance back in high school, 20 yrs ago! Since then I've been looking for something similar and had no luck. I came across your website online and couldn't believe I saw it aadvertised, I thought it was too good to be true but gave it a try anyway! Best left in the 1990s
The original I remember being divine but I was 14 at the time. This strongly resembles it so perhaps it has always smelled of cherries and mint? Not a good perfume for now. My sister described it as horrendous. Oh well. The service from this website was good though.

Reminds me of my trip to China

Nice scent
I bought this scent after reading al the wonderful reviews and I realy do like the scent but... I find the scent not blooming after I put it on and very quickly the scent fades away. The middle notes don't live up enough compaired to other perfumes that are in the oriental family. This perfume is nice until one hour after spraying it on my skin then the scent dries down to nothing. May be it is my chemistry that this perfume does not hold long.Still lovely to use though but I expected a bit more from this perfume.

Venezia isn't divine as is ROMA, sigh...
After reading the rave reviews about VENEZIA, and wanting to try it- fully expecting to love yet another Laura Biogiotti fragrance (since I have loved ROMA since 1988), I ordered the eau de parfum. Perhaps I received an elderly bottle; perhaps I expected a repeat onslaught of random compliments on my perfume from kind friends... I will give this $35 bottle of eau de parfum to a friend; will stick to tried-and-true ROMA; and will not look back~ Sorry, but I was NOT pleased. LHB 11/25/14

my favourite perfume
I try and use this perfume on special occasions only but it is so difficult as I love it.I love the soft floral fragrance and it lasts for hours. I have had some lovely compliments when people have smelt it. I have nothing bad to say about this perfume, it is just adorable as far as I'm concerned.I am so thrilled I have been able to get this again as I was told they had stopped making it years ago.

not the same venezia
I loved loved loved Venezia. This is nothing like it! I don't know why the formula changed, but if you are looking for the old Venezia, this is nothing like it! It honestly smells like a bouquet of gardenias-or something an older woman would wear where it is overpowering but not in a good way. Shame it was changed and very disappointing!

I am so disappointed in my recent purchases. They are nothing like the original and whilst not unpleasant, the smell does not last more than an hour. The Original Venezia was wonderful and lasted for 12 hours or more.

Not the Same as the Original
The original Venezia had deeper vanilla and plum tones and stayed on the skin, creating a lovely orchestra of notes as it faded over time. I chased this perfume from outlets all over the world, to the Norell version, back to this site. It is still a lovely perfume and I order it in quantities - but the quality is nowhere near the original. A great pity, for those of us experienced "noses" who love good perfume.

Wow beautiful
This blew my mind as I forgot how lovely the original Venezia scent was. You can't purchase this anywhere anymore unless you live in Europe. The original scent is from Italy, very sensual and it's very romantic and feminine. Men will tell me I smell amazing. Note very potent and need very little one spray is quite enough!

Successful reissue the old fragrance
Soft, sweet fragrance, dominant notes of plum, resins and ylang- ylang. Quite similar to Venezia 1992 edition, but it is more woody and not so sweet, new version more fruity. Perfume will be good to cool time for everyday use. Moderate longevity and strong sillage.

I LOVED the original Venezia. When I saw that a new version had come out, I had to get it. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with this scent. It's not at all like the original...it's way too powdery.
