Not For Me - Odd Dry-Down of Base Notes
The dry-down of base notes has this lingering smell reminiscent of cow manure. That's the best way I can describe it. Even when I spritz on scent tabs, that odor is there. It's lingering. Not a fragrance that's right for me.

Bought Blind, But Glad I Did
Roma EdT is a classic & interesting fragrance. Don't be put off by the intense resinous & balsamic top notes mixed with bitter orange oil - - they tone down very quickly but continue to play a supporting role through the soft floral heart notes & through the sandalwood, vanilla, & benzoin base notes. (I normally would never have sought out a fume with balsamic nor resin notes, but it so works here...you'd have to smell this to understand.) The drydown of this is simply gorgeous. Incredibly sexy, soft, haunting. The perfect autumn & winter fragrance.

I just love this perfume. I use it all the time...its a real mood lifter ......it makes me feel very special and several people have made positive comments and asked what perfume it is. although it is an eau de toilette.....it really lasts all day....infact it lasts better than some other brands of eau de parfam

This very soft and love the mint note. Very authentic.

I Like This Blind Buy
This was a blind buy. I do like it and I think it's different. Imo, it's fresh, but herbal with a hint of mint. When I sprayed it, I thought I smelled kind of a pine tree smell mixed with citrus, as in grapefruit or orange. That was the mint. It makes me think of Christmas. Lol. It's not a weak perfume. It's upbeat and distinct, has its own personality and, therefore may not please everyone.

NOT the Roma I used to love!
I used to wear Roma and loved it. It was fun, confident and somewhat exotic and sultry. I just received my order and am so disappointed. This is not the same scent - this smells like the stuffy great grandmother of the previous scent. Powdery, aged, there's nothing fresh or fun about it. Not even sultry or exotic. On the bright side, FragranceX ships super quickly, and has nice sales with coupons. I'd buy from the company again, but the two fragrances I have purchased have been flops. Hopefully better luck next time!!!

A long time favorite!
This is a warm, woody, fresh, grapefruits and minty smell. But that is not all, the dry down reveals vanilla and amber. This smell is ideal to wear on a hot summer night when your favorite perfume is just to heavy but you still want to feel feminine, elegant, sensual, relaxed and gorgeous! The smell reminds me of a beautiful and glamorous Mediterranean woman who is enjoying a romantic night out. This has been one of my favorites for years. I ordered this and it arrived quickly, which was great!

I first found Roma in late 80's, it has been my all time favorite. I couldn't find it anywhere in the states, till I found Fragrance X ! I was so excited. It is light, fresh, clean and lasts. I do get compliments, too. I ordered it and it was at my door in a few days, the price was reasonable and I will order again !!! Thank you !

This is a hard to find scent and I'm thrilled to find it in the more reasonable "tester" version. I've loved this since 1994 and had believed I wouldn't find it again since most major retailers don't carry it. I guess its for discerning buyers only. ;)

Fresh and Citrusy
I wore this perfume back in the early 90's and could not find it anymore I ran across it on this website and was delighted to have it again. Love the light citrus fragrance. It is not overpowering. I can wear it all day without being overwhelmed. Clean and fresh- not that heavy nauseating floral so many fragrances seem to be

super smell
it smells delicious, grapefruity, very unusual, young, fresh, interesting. Had a client in my Uber (from Brazil). she smelled divine, and that is how i found this fragrance. It is unlike anything I ever smelled. This is now a standard fragrance in my favorites.
