Love the boozy factor in it! Has a little of the Straight to Heaven DNA but really goes in a totally different direction. The opening can be a bit challenging but the dry down is really where the show stopper is! Amazing scent!

An absolute standout!
Ursa is made for those who want to be different from the masses. First blast mainly from the very boozy (rum) dried fruits. A sweet but extremely palatable entry. Then the Spicy Nutmeg creeps in with its exotic aroma and stays throughout the mid till the dry down and melts ever so slowly away. The Patchouli and Leather at the base completely wraps you up in this gossamer of luxury, high powered scent. Its not a vetiver centric fragrance though which only plays a supporting role, as does the Tobacco and Oid - on my skin at least. But Ursa is a beast mode perfume with monster sillage. Stays on me over 10 hours. Unisex but leans masculine. LOVE it!

A complex and alluring spicy patchouli
I'm not going to lie, when I first received a tester of this i was like, "Yuck", but after trying it a couple of times when it wasn't so blazingly hot out, it smelled amazing on my skin. The initial blast is really woody and sharply green with a bunch of funk, but it mellows out really quickly into this long lasting and sexy patchouli/spice/amber combo that worked perfectly on my skin. I wouldn't recommend as a blind buy unless you just love everything patchouli. I would have given this 5 starts were it not for me having just picked up a bottle of Jovoy Psychedelique, which is the best darn patchouli amber I've ever had the pleasure of wearing.

I bought this and Andromeda. Both smelled a bit soapy. I really wanted to like Ursa more, but it will be given away as a gift soon. These was my first FragranceX and Tiziana Terenzi purchases. I was looking forward to the dried fruit, nutmeg and vanilla notes in Ursa but those were overpowered by the patchouli and woody notes.
