A great new shopping experience for me. Some of your fragrances are no longer available in our country and we had to find new ones but thanks to your site we can now go back to our favourites, you know what a favourite fragrance means to a woman. The different sizes are fantastic as we have a chance to try a new perfume (thanks to your section where we can see what other fragrances are ordered to the one that is chosen) and your mini sizes are great for trying out at a reasonable cost. I was also impressed that the bottle I ordered was not an atomizer and I can decant it into a smaller bottle for my handbag, I much prefer the open top of a perfume bottle as there is less wastage. I live in Australia and was a bit hesitant at first to order from the States. I checked other sites for prices and products and ended up back here! They were offering free shipping (but no tracking)so I thought I'd give it a go. After 2 weeks (including christmas and new year.)my parcel arrived! Not bad for this time of the year. Shopping on the internet makes one a little hesitant but in this instance I was extremely satisfied. The product was exactly as described but the price and particularly the free shipping offer sold me! Another internet site I use quite frequently always offers free shipping BUT only to US customers so I was completely blown away to think that I would receive this service way down here to Australia. I've shopped from a Hong Kong internet site previously, but now I would absolutely have no hesitation to recommend the FragranceX site to my co-workers and others down here in this region and as for a 'con' there just isnt one!

I have ordered from FragranceX once before this recent order and have found the service and representatives cordial and helpful. I had placed an order for a product that was out of stock and apparently ordered a producy for men rather women and had clicked cheeck out before noticing the product was wrong. I immediately called to reverse my error and was told that it was too late to cancel the order. I was informed that I could return the order for a full refund. I found, as a first time internet shopper, Fragrance X to be a very worry free and easy way to buy my fav fragrances (that are now unavailable in my country - New Zealand) at really cheap prices! I have always been a bit worried about making purchases over the internet, not to mention from another country on the other side of the world!! But I got exactly what I wanted and the payment options made me feel more at ease about where my money was going. Also I liked the fact that you can go to a website and track your order to see if your payment has arrived @ Fragrance X and then they let you know when your goods have left the warehouse so you know when to expect it. I can't think of anything bad that I can say about Fragrance X and I will totally recommend this website to my friends and family!! :)
The original scent I wanted was not available, however, my back up choice was, and the product was excellent.
Price was extremely competitive. I was able to purchase two bottles of Jessica McLintock for what I would have paid for a single bottle in the the local department stores. Shipping rates were fair and the shipping time was amazingly quick. One is always concerned about the condition of products in glass bottles when being shipped, but the product was very well protected and arrived in perfect shape. I just don't understand why more people don't take advantage of such great prices and efficient, convenient ordering! My wife was thrilled. I gave her one bottle as a welcome home gift following some very extensive back surgery and the second bottle as a Christmas gift.

I am grateful to be able to purchase the sample size of Bond st no.9 Fifth Avenue as otherwise I am not able to afford it at this time in my life as I am not financially able to afford the larger bottles. Additionally it is great to have such a wide selection available to the International customer as some of these fragrances are not readily available here. For example Bond st no.9 Fifth Avenue & Diorella. The Diorella is only available in Sydney from one store at Xmas time in a large size, and they only buy a very few bottles. This means I can buy a small sample size in my price range at the present time and plan to purchase the full size at a later date. The other advantage of buying sample sizes is that it is an economical way to sample fragrances otherwise not available in Sydney & therefore unknown to me. This is a way for me to sample unknown perfumes and choose a fragrance as a future full size purchase. Many thanks to your customer service for your great support. I have had one occasion to ask for support and received a prompt response. Additionally I received my purchase intake. However it does take a long time, 2-3 weeks, but then I get free shipping so I am not complaining! I think the full cost for my last purchase was around AUD$5 :) I look forward to making some full size purchases in the future when I am a little better off financially. Additionally I look forward to being a little more adventurous & trying some unknown & different fragrances. All the Best for 2009!

The tester I ordered was as ordered EXCEPT It was not clear that the bottle top would be missing. You disappointed me, especially because I thougt it would come with out the box, not without the bottle toland I planned my Creed order for a gift to my husband. Had I known your policy, I would have pAID FOR A BOTTLE WITH A TOP. THE BULGARI WAS FOR ME, I DID NOT MIND THE MISSING TOP.

I buy the english leather musk cologne for men..It is a very hard item to find anywhere else. I was referred to FragranceX.com by my daughter as a suggestion where I could easily find and purchase the Red Jeans cologne she has on her wish list each Christmas. (This is no longer in dept. stores so it takes some trekking around a lot of time usually to find this). This year it was painless and fast - order online through FragranceX.com (I think that shipping may have even been free at the moment, not sure)... and that cologne was delivered to my door just days later. When I get time I am going to go back into the site and look around for my favorites -- and maybe skip the dept. store trips for fragrances altogether. Obviously, I would recommend shopping FragranceX.com to friends and family because it was fast, easy, and reasonably priced. Can't think of any cons right now -- unless maybe if other products in a line of fragrance (like body wash, lotions, etc) are not available to purchase along with cologne -- but just have not had time to browse the site for my own favorites to know the answer to this. My daughter likes Roxy perfume and it is available from local stores in my area. However, the price is substantially higher locally and the product size is smaller for the money. This was the first time using Fragrancex.com and was very impressed with the site. I was looking for a cologne/aftershave (Lagerfeld) that is no longer available in the department stores. My son wears the cologne and wanted matching aftershave for a Christmas present. After searching for several weeks, I "Googled" the fragrance name and came upon your web site. I was thrilled when I was able to find the product at such a fantastic price. Then was even more thrilled when the packaged arrived in such a timely manner and the shipment met every expectation I could of asked for. Thank you for making it so easy! I plan on using your web site again for future needs.
Products were as described. The men's cologne was slightly cheaper than another on-line site. I will check out this site before buying in the future.

A friend of mine had a very beautiful perfume sitting on her vanity, she told me she purchasd it at a launch a while ago but could not tell me where I could get it. Since I like the fragrance "Usher for Women" but don't like the price, I was thrilled to find it for much less because of it being a tester item. I would certainly recommend that friends look at your site before going to a store to buy their perfume because your prices are so much better. I cannot find one reason to type a "Con" about FragranceX.com. This is a great place to shop.

FragranceX.com had the product I was looking for. All Department stores do not carry the Escada fragrance that I like. It is difficult to find. I was able to locate and order the fragrance with ease at FragranceX.com.
I have never had a problem with this Company. The prices are way below those in local department stores. Shipping appears to be immediate and low cost. Customer service is also outstanding. It has become my favorite way to purchase cosmetics and perfume.
