I used to order my Halston from another on-line fragrance company, until I discovered FragranceX.com. I was completely happy to see the free shipping offered and since the price of the item itself was the same at both places, I decided to try FragranceX.com and see if it was worth taking the chance. I'm glad I did. Although there is no tracking on free shipping the product arrived exactly within the estimated time that was stated during billing. It came in excellent condition and without any kind of problem. My only sadness is that FragranceX doesn't offer my other favorite fragrance, but I will still be ordering the Halston from them, from here on in. Hopefully they will also manage to get other Halston products, i.e. shower gel, soap, etc. Thank you for your integrity and great offers.

It is very easy to shop on FragranceX. There are clear links to follow and it's very straightforward to add an item to your basket and to effect checkout. I would reccommend that with every purchase, FragranceX sends a sample of a fragrance so that the client would be guided what to buy next. Personally, I feel a bit uneasy to buy something I had never tried or that was not reccommended to me by a friend. A small sample would eliminate this problem. Otherwise, you're great!!

I was pleased by my purchase because I was actually looking for a particular fragrance. Upon looking the fragrance up the website displayed other products with the same fragrance, the eau de toilet and the lotion. I then opted to buy the lotion instead of the perfume, and I like the that all of those options were presented to me. The order got to me very quickly.

The site is great and the product is priced right. Customer service is great and they respond fast for the e-mail. The tracking of the product is very poor and can not tell when I will recive the product. I am returning coustemer and the chance are that I will be back.

I enjoyed shopping at FragranceX.com because you have all the fragrances in all of the sizes I need. I haven't looked for the talcum powders in the various fragrances, but I would like to shop for those next. I love it that you have purse size fragrances, too. I don't know if you have these, but I will look next time, I would like to buy fragrance containers (purse size with a spray, or not). I love being able to carry a fragrance in my pocket, just like a breath spray and use it whenever I feel like it. Also, they make great gifts! Another suggestion is that I would like to be able to check on the e-mails that I receive from you all, that I don't want to receive any more e-mails. I've recommended this site to all my family and friends and frequently order gifts for others and goodies for myself. I'm quite happy with the wide range of fragrances available, in fact I can get some European fragrances that are hard to find here in Europe. The prices are absolutely great, even if I have to pay another 19% of German import tax. I used to go to a shop in order to buy a perfume. I ordered Gucci Rush lotion for my Mother for her birthday. She lives in another state. I was able to order her lotion and have it sent directly to her. She was very pleased with her gift. I had a great experience with FragranceX. I was able to find a cologne (Red) for my husband that I could not find locally.

International orders should have more benefits like in the US. For example free shipping if spending over £70, then coupons and vouchers could be used also. For me to use any coupons/vouchers I would have to forfeit free shipping, but the free shipping is always a better discount than any coupon discount...unless I was spending about £200 at one time... my girlfriend loves how I smell but would kill me for spending that much! But no complaints, I love the site, and I only ever shop here for my colognes now.

I can only say that FragranceX.com is a very good site to buy from. The cons are of minor consideration, such as the overall look and design of site that could be a bit better. The pros though, are of more importance such as competitive prices, a great selection of products and fast deliveries even overseas to Europe. I would recommend FragranceX.com. My mom had a hard time finding the perfume she wanted because it was discontinued in stores but I found it on FragranceX.com with no problem. They even gave me a coupon on my purchase. My mom received her gift fast and loved the product.

I am highly satisfied of my experience with the Fragrancex. They offer rare fragrances at great prices. All fragrances I,ve bought have been genuine. The shipping rates are high to Bulgaria, so I always use the coupon for free delivery. The time of delivery to Bulgaria is 10-14 days, which is just as said in the website. The creams and other cosmetics /different for fragrances/could be cheaper, as they compete with the other online stores. I recommended and will recommend Fragrancex, especially for parfumes.

Prices are great (esp. for testers), shipping cost are also normal and I like detailed product information (fragrances). There is one thing that bothered me: some new fragrances are listed in product search, but are not in fact available, for example Bvlgari's Jasmin Noir or La Prairie's Midnight Rain.
