I have purchased a number of products before over the years and found the online purchase procedures easy to follow. I was able to search quickly for the items I wanted and the delivery was made within the time frame stated. I live outside the US so I am happy that my orders arrive without problem. Wide selection of scents so I can try out new ones. Of course there are some misses - some fragrances just don't have holding power. Go for the more established brands. Yes I would recommend to friends.One thing I hope for , I would like for the minimum spend to be lowered for free shipping.

I have used this site a lot to order the men's cologne that my son likes. He uses Jaguar and asks me for it for every birthday and Christmas. The site is very easy to use. I just do a search for men's cologne and get to the one I'm looking for very easily. There is a large selection, but my son knows exactly what he wants, so I don't look at the rest too much. I usually have the cologne shipped directly to him because he lives in a different state than I do, but when I have had it come to me, it is well packaged and protected, and arrived in perfect condition. There is usually a code to enter upon checkout that provides a discount, so that makes it nice to save a little money. I have used FragranceX.com several times and have always been pleased with their service.

There was a few scents that I searched for and you did not have.
I've always been extremely satisfied. Often bought tester Michael Korrs or un boxed.... now they are never available. The last 100ml EDP of MC was not a tester and it leaks. It has ruined my dressing table as it has stripped off the paint. Every time I pick up the bottle it is wet.
The experience was outstanding customer service was great, notification of shipping was on time also very quick delivery.So I will be shopping again.

I always know I can find my 2 favourite scents available and ready to ship! Wings by Georgio is impossible to find in Canada, and has been one of my favs for years! It’s light powdery scent makes me feel happy! Kenzo Amore is my other go to scent, I get so many compliments when I wear it! It too is light, floral yet soft and powdery. Knowing I can order from Fragrancex at any time and receive my order usually within 10 days give me peace of mind. I honestly don’t know what I’d do if I couldn’t find either Wings or Kenzo Amore!! I really like each cologne that I purchased it had its own smell some of it didn't last as long as others but the price was very reasonable and I feel that I got a good deal with a lot of the Clones that I purchase thank you much.

The last purchase I made was for and Elizabeth Arden fragrance which even after the conversion to U.S currency was considerably cheaper than I would have been able to purchase it for anywhere her in Canada. The selection is fantastic though I do very often find particular favorites (scents with patchouli as a note for example) out of stock. I don't often find myself in a situation where the topic of fragrance comes up but in the rare case that it might I would definitely recommend FragranceX as a great place to purchase from.

I have been using Royal Copenhagen Musk for 0ver 40 yrs.I work part time as a customer service rep and women are always saying you sure smell good. I even have men ask what I`m wearing..I can`t tell them where I get it because we sell cologne where I work.

Would like to know if a fragrance is no longer being produced, hence the lack of stock....
Ordered the wrong scent so sent back by UPS as Canada Post wouldn’t send a fragrance which is on your return address. Reordered another parfum but the price in my Visa, Canadian was$120.61 as compared to USD at $108. I got that. But on my Visa it is now $141.82. I don’t think I should be charged more in the interim between ordering and when it was sent ( i. e. if exchange rate changed). Also I have at least three $5 coupons already but there is no place to enter these in an order. How do I get the credit for them? Still have them. So, these things make it a bit less desirable to order even though I would rate your customer service pretty high. If you can explain the additional $21 I am being charged (on my Visa statement) please let me know. Thanks, Barb

This is a great website for someone who loves perfumes and cannot find that particular or favourite perfume at the local shops however since the site is not located in Europe I had to pay additional charges once the package arrived covering taxes. I prefer to know total charges before placing order.
