Overall, the shopping experience at FragranceX is superb. Yes, I wish there were more niche fragrances, but most of the major manufacturers are represented and the prices are always the lowest anywhere. I think the poor reviews are unwarranted, as my experience has always been but outstanding. Shipping costs are reasonable and items are packed adequately. My only "complaint" is the number of emails, but I can't fault them for trying so hard. I look forward to shopping with FragranceX for the foreseeable future.

The prices of the products are fantastic compared to other online stores and certainly retail shops. Some of the items that are a bit higher end are often out of stock, but you can be placed on a waiting list and notified. I'm very satisfied with the experience.

I bought two items for my wife's birthday, buying what I thought were simply unpackaged and therefore slightly cheaper costs, only to find they were marked 'tester', which detracted from the fact that they were birthday gifts,.....still,....maybe that was a learning curve for me,......other than that my wife and I are very pleased with the products,..... My total experience with the shopping all boiled down to a difficult point where Shipping to my address was a problem along with additional Tax & I had to pay. Recently I bought two fragrances from FragranceX namely Boss Selection and Issey Miyake and I am very happy and satisfied with them and their discounted prices – much cheaper than buying from brick & mortar retailers even after adding shipping charges. It is good FragranceX offers variety like tester and unboxed items too but I'm hoping they will offer more gift set items for respective fragrance brands. By the way, both items came in tip top condition. But what I found to be the most happiest and satisfied experience dealing with FragranceX is their customer service. It's rare to find a customer service of such a big company who will respond to my queries within 1-2 days only even though they have thousands of customers all over the world to deal by the minute. The customer service also explained my queries in detail without me having to ask further questions. I would definitely recommend FragranceX to friends, families and colleagues. Lastly, kudos to FragranceX team for the great service, great products and keep up the good work!
I have have purchased perfumes from Fragrance X multiple times and I love their quick delivery as well as the quality and packaging of the products. Each product I have ordered so far has met expectations. The pricing of the products could be more competitive as I have bought some perfumes at a cheaper price from retailers while Fragrance X had it advertised for a significantly higher price.
