Supremacy Gold Cologne by Afnan, Some things are so perfect, they last almost unchanged for millennia. 3,000 years ago, the first commercial, wearable fragrances were created for Babylonian royalty using many of the same notes top fashion houses still use today. Launched in 2013, Afnan Supremacy Gold cologne is indeed timeless, using modern distillations of classic flowers, fruits, oils and other aromatics for the ideal masculine scent. Woody and floral violet petals join elegant and creamy peach blossoms, mysterious cumin and tangy nutmeg for a sexy and sparkling open. Earthy patchouli and powdery iris form a memorable heart. The base is long lasting with plenty of sillage; warm and seductive amber blends with slow and soft vanilla to convey an Oriental impression. Suave and mature benzoin mixes with Middle Eastern Oud wood to emphasize the ancient and heady nature of this fragrance. The impact is intensely traditional without being stale or worn-out. It’s sweet – yet not overly so – with a somewhat astringent undertone that mellows well in the dry down.

Hey, everyone. Ses here. And today I'll be reviewing Supremacy Gold by Afnan Perfumes. This powdery floral launched in 2013. And I really, really like it. Opens with notes of nutmeg, violet, peach blossom, and cumin. Leaning into heart notes of patchouli and iris. And base notes of benzoin, oud, amber, and vanilla. A Masculine Floral - Sexy!

This is definitely and underrated gem of a fragrance. Wow! Opens very sweet and floral (with a one-two punch), and then comes the oud and spiciness, with the peach blossom and the violet that stays with the fragrance in the dry-down. I really am enjoying this fragrance. 9 / 10 for this guy. Highly recommend if you can get your hands on it.
