White Hinoki Perfume by Amouroud, White Hinoki, released in 2018, has layers of simple scents that subtle meld to create a complex aroma that is intoxicatingly tranquil. Honoring the sacred Hinoki wood from Japan, it has a peppery citrus aroma with an enchantingly woody flair.
The first spritz unleashes the crisp and succulent scents of white pepper, grapefruit and ginger. Its essence slowly blooms as hints of cinnamon, heliotrope and labdanum add a colorful and enticing element. It finishes
with a delicate and delightful mix of Hinoki wood, whisky accord and tobacco.
Long before Amouroud was founded, its beginnings blossomed within the Perfumer’s Workshop, founded in 1970. Based on the concept of deconstructing fragrances, it began refining unique accords to create custom-blended luxury fragrances. As its niche artistry gained fame and success in New York City, it led to innovative and unique sub-brands dedicated to creating olfactory experiences and setting the industry on a contemporary customer-focused trend. Love the house of Amouroud!
Great new fragrance from Amouroud. Well blended. It opens with some ginger and citrus, the Hinoki is present throughout the life, on the dry down it turns warm & spicy with whiskey & cinnamon. This lasts 10+ hours for me. Great for cooler spring & summer days or nights and into the fall. May be a little underwhelming for winter.
