I have to admit, this fragrance isn't all bad after a LONG dry down; but by then you can barely smell it, even as a skin scent, but it does have a somewhat fresh "Blue" scent for about an hour. That being said; this had a TERRIBLE smell after first being sprayed that i'm not even sure how to describe. It's almost like a sour vinegar mixed with cheap vodka; which is just not attractive at all. Beverly Fragrances stuff is cheap, yes; but this stuff is just offensive compared to some of their other offerings.
Bottom Line
No, I would not recommend to a friend.
