Carven is the name of the company founded by French designer Marie-Louise Carven (born Carmen de Tommaso) in 1945. With a shop on the Champs-Elysees in Paris, the brand released its first fragrance in 1946, the famous Ma Griffe, along with fashion and accessories for petite women. Warm Spicy ginger
Spicy! Spicy woody. I feel sweat, but comfortable warm smell. Ginger and sandal wood are detectable. Masculine side unisex Better In colder months. Good, but too spicy for me.

Substantial Consequence
A precious woods base sets the accord for bracing juniper, zesty coriander, rich bourbon, powdery rose and sweet vanille to play a round in a light cloud of musky tobacco. Perhaps a little too light performance for an edt of this caliber though a presentation of outstanding taste.
