The Carven fashion brand was established in 1945 by Carmen de Tommasso. Her feminine designs featured embroidery and lace and catered to the petite woman. They were particularly popular in Japan. The company branched out into menswear and jewelry in the 1960s. The brand’s first fragrance, Ma Griffe, was released in 1946. It is a favorite of the label’s fans to this day. All products are original, authentic name brands. We do not sell knockoffs or imitations.

EdP strength performance...
Carven Le Vetiver's biggest strength is it's EdP strength performance. This is not a fragrance for vetiver purists. It's not an earthy, dirty, or even a green vetiver in the way that Guerlain's Vetiver (my favourite vetiver, though the performance is weak) is. Le Carven is instead a soapy, clean, sweetish, and a slightly powdery perfume with vetiver somewhere in the background. Projects quite well for the first one hour and performance is quite good even after that. Longevity is very good. Like I said, you get EdP level strength with this perfume. Again, not a perfume for vetiver purists, but a clean, pleasant scent for Spring and Autumn days.
Bottom Line
Yes, I would recommend to a friend.
